“Secret” Presentation at Management World Americas 2007

TeleSciences presenting “The Secrets of Maximizing Revenue in a Converging World”

Mt. Laurel, NJ (November 5, 2007) — John Loughlin, CTO of TeleSciences, a leader in data collection, management and analysis, will be presenting, "The Secrets of Maximizing Revenue in a Converging World" at the upcoming Management World Americas 2007 conference in Dallas, TX.

Presented with a case study featuring TeleSciences customer TELUS, a rapidly growing Canadian converged service provider, the presentation will demonstrate the impact of revenue leakage within converging networks.

John Loughlin, CTO

The presentation will take place during the 2pm Revenue Assurance module on Wednesday, November 7, at TM Forum's Management World Americas 2007 conference held at the Adams Mark Hotel & Convention Center.

Mr. Loughlin has spoken frequently on how to identify the critical areas for service providers to address in order to stop revenue leakage. A webinar conducted by Mr. Loughlin on the topic can be viewed here. As service providers introduce new services, such as VoIP and other IMS-based services, converging networks means exposing more points of revenue leakage than ever before. Bringing together traditional and NGN networks while ensure the revenue service providers are due is becoming one of their most mission critical objectives.

Attendees will learn the secrets to converging billable usage data: how to unmask phantom traffic; reduce fraud; generate accurate billing records with converged real-time/post-paid usage data streams; and model business rules for future services while installing controls before they launch new services.

Immediately following the presentation, Mr. Loughlin will join senior managers from some of the world's largest telecom companies in a panel Q&A discussion addressing how to assure revenue in converging networks.
