(ATTC) on November 18, 2005. Through it subsidiaries and affiliates, the Company provides communications services and products in the United States and in 240 countries. The services and products offered by AT&T include local exchange services, wireless communications, long-distance services, data/broadband and Internet services, telecommunications equipment, managed networking, wholesale transport services, and directory advertising and publishing. The Company offers its services and products to consumers in the United States, and services and products to businesses and other providers of telecommunications services worldwide. The Company's services and products are marketed under the AT&T and SBC brand names, as well as several other brands, including Cingular Wireless (Cingular), through AT&T's joint venture with BellSouth Corporation (BellSouth); AT&T Yahoo!, through the Company's alliance with Yahoo! Inc., and AT&T | DISH Network, through its agreement with EchoStar Communications Corp. (EchoStar).
